In an era dominated by the digital symphony of pings, dings, and notifications, our youth are grappling with a profound and pervasive pain—the insidious loneliness that stems from a world drowning in distraction. In the journey of parenting, we often come across quotes that resonate with us on a deep level. One of my favorites is by Jim Rohn, which I believe has the power to shape not only our lives, but also the lives of our children: "We must all suffer from one of two pains: The pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons."
